Fruitcocktail Collectables, LLC is owned by Alyssa Stevens, ISA CAPP. We have helped clients in the Pacific Northwest with their estate sales, appraisals, and consignment needs since 1998. Today we host online auctions on AuctionNinja, with a new sale every two weeks featuring around 500 estate items.

About Alyssa Stevens, ISA CAPP
Alyssa Stevens is the owner and manager of Fruitcocktail Collectables. She has been appraising art, general household goods, 20th century design, and antiques since 1996.
Alyssa graduated from Cornish College of the Arts with a BFA in Art History. That fine art training, combined with decades of hands-on estate sale experience, gives her a trained eye for identifying, evaluating, and describing fine art, antiques, decorative arts, and 20th century design.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, she is highly respected in the Pacific Northwest appraisal community. In addition to estate sales, appraisals, and auctions, she provides expert witness services in matters involving the value of personal property. Here are just a few of her qualifications:

Leadership in the Appraisal Profession
Alyssa has given back to her profession for many years. She served as an ISA chapter president for more than a decade, from 2008 to 2019, and on the International Society of Appraisers Board of Directors from 2024 to 2026, serving as Vice President. In recognition of her contributions, she received the ISA Outgoing Leadership and Dedicated Service Award for 2025-2026. She attends the ISA conference every year to keep her knowledge of markets, methods, and standards current.
Working With Alyssa
Alyssa appraises both on-site and remotely and is willing to travel for appraisal work. Appraisals are billed by the hour, and her fee is never based on the value she determines. Every appraisal states its purpose and the value standard used, and follows USPAP, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
